May 10- Mothers Day- Phone calls, family, food, flowers, fun.
We were invited to Jay and Trev's with the rest of the Family to be part of Brooklyn's Dedication. Pastor Wayne was very clear in his introduction that child dedication is not salvation but rather a declaration of intention- to teach and model Jesus' example to these little people. He challenged to us as family and friends that this service of dedication was an opportunity for us to be helpers to the parents of these children. Is there a better way to spend Mothers day?
