Father's Day weekend

We met with most of our family at the Wilderness Edge Retreat Centre at Pinawa on the weekend of June 13-15. We fished, talked, ate, played games, ate, hiked( in an urban sort of way) got rained on and ate.

Where did "McKenzie" come from?

Our farm is in what was McKenzie school district. McKenzie Church and McKenzie School were a half mile north and two miles east of our Yard. A stone cairn marks the spot.
